Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Design Draftsperson to produce accurate technical drawings and construction documents based on specifications from engineers and architects.
• The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry standards and support project execution through high-quality drafting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, sections, and layouts using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks).
• Interpret design specifications, sketches, and technical documents.
• Ensure drawings comply with industry and company drafting standards.
• Add dimensions, annotations, materials, and technical details to drawings.
• Update and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.
• Manage drawing files, version control, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams.
• Provide technical drafting support during construction.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Design Draftsperson or Draftsman in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software and drafting standards.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with occasional site visits.
• Full-time role; extended hours may be required.

Salary
N300,000 monthly.
