Data Entry Officer
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Secondary School (SSCE)
- Experience
- Location Lagos
- Job Field ICT / Computer
Location: Satelite, Lagos
- Entry data into database software
- Checking to ensure accuracy of data imputed
- Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
- Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan
- Responding to information request from authorized members
- Testing new database systems and software updates
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print filed when needed
- Keep information confidential
- Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various applications (Software)
Requirements
- SSCE; Additional certificate is an added advantage
- Work experience
- Requisite experience in MS office especially MS- Excel
- Familiarity with administrative duties
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Epare relevant reports as needed
