Overall Job Functions
The Data Entry Assistant position takes primary responsibility for efficient, accurate, and timely representation (data entry) of the client-level paper-based medical records across all the relevant client-level databases with a special focus on the EMR systems (LAMISPlus, LAMIS3.0 – MHPSS, etc). He coordinates the Data Entry Clerks to ensure seamless and sustained day-to-day active retrieval of service provision source documents (paper format) from the relevant program/clinic staff for timely entry into the EMR system. The position holder also participates actively in routine (weekly/monthly) client-level data review processes, multi-layer data analysis, and accurate reporting into the aggregate-level database (DMEL, HFR/APPR).
