Data Analyst - B2C at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc

To analyze sales data, market trends, and business processes to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within the sales team.

THE JOB

• Collect and analyze sales, customer, and market data to identify business opportunities and risks.
• Develop business reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools for the sales team.
• Interpret key sales trends and provide recommendations to improve revenue and market share.
• Support sales forecasting and budgeting processes by analyzing historical data and market conditions.
• Identify process inefficiencies and suggest data-driven improvements to optimize sales operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, and supply chain) to align business strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by maintaining clean and structured databases.

THE PERSON MUST

• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data and uncover actionable insights.
• Have proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel (advanced), SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Be collaborative, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  B.Sc. in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Finance, Information Technology or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of five years’ experience in business analysis, sales analytics, or a related role.
