Job Summary

We are seeking a Cyber Café Assistant. You will help users with problems in using computers at the café. You will also ensure user fees are collected.

Job Description

• Help customers with the use of computers and applications.
• Respond to customers who encounter error messages from accessing sites, emailing or downloading content.
• Assist customers with downloads, printing, and encoding.
• Track customers' time at computer terminals.
• Promote computer or Internet-related products or services.
• We want someone who can work with all Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, CorelDRAW and do creative designs in Adobe Photoshop. Additionally, someone who can work with the Internet to process online applications and registrations and to promote businesses through social media and advertisement.
