Customer Technical Support (Male) at Knowledgeware Technologies

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Providing first level support services to customers.
• Attend to clients/customers' inquiries, prioritize and resolve customer complaints in a professional, timely and accurate fashion.
• Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
• Handle dissatisfied customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Direct or route customer inquiries and complaints to appropriate unit for assistance.
• Input and compile accurate records and responses of customer interaction on the CRM.
• Work on a shift basis, inclusive of public hoildays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).
• Effectively monitor and manage communication across various electronic and social media channels.

Requirements

• HND qualification
• 1 - 3 years of work experience
• The Applicant should be male and reside around Surulere and environs.

• Possess excellent communication (verbal and written skills) and presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, logical thinking, attention to details, and focus on quality.
• Excellent Organizational and Multi-tasking abilities

Remuneration
N45,000 - N55,000 monthly.
