Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred).
Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Familiarity with fintech products and services is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
