Customer Support Officer at Prodevs

Monthly Compensation: ₦150,000  - ₦200,000     

Reports to: Fleet & Driver Operations Manager

Role Summary

Provide first-line support to ProTaxi riders and drivers, ensuring that questions, complaints and trip-related issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to rider and driver enquiries across phone, chat, email and other support channels.
• Resolve first-line issues relating to trips, payments, accounts, bookings and the ProTaxi app.
• Escalate technical, safety, payment and operational issues to the appropriate team.
• Follow up on unresolved cases and ensure customers receive timely updates.
• Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and resolutions.
• Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with Operations and the ProDevs product team.
• Support riders who have difficulty using the app or completing a booking.
