    Customer Success Executive

    Our client, an enterprise software startup, is hiring for Customer Success Executive and Software Sales Executive positions

    We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who can support our clients, build relationships with them and liaise with internal departments to ensure that customers' needs are met. This role is critical towards increasing revenue as it will drive adoption and reduce customer churn rate. 


    • You will own the overall relationship with our customer base, which includes: initial onboarding and training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and ongoing satisfaction. 
    • Be the customer's first point of contact. You are their advocate and champion and work directly with our product team to help improve our solutions (feature requests, improvements, bugs). 
    • You will help customers maximise the value of our software with absolute knowledge of the product. Constantly seek and exhibit a deep understanding of the software's key success factors, ROI and product differentiators.
    • Maintain high-quality customer engagement.
    • Identify opportunities for growth by relaying information back to the sales team.
    • Respond to support queries, provide answers and be the go-to guide.
    •  You will help identify and resolve challenges with product adoption our customers encounter.
    • Partner with internal and external customer teams to manage a strategic and tactical plan to achieve customer goals.


    • A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role 
    • Passionate and highly motivated to meet and exceed both personal and professional targets.
    •  Possess a strong work ethic and relentless attitude to achieve success.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Educated to degree level.

    Additional Information:

    • Work Hours: 8 am - 5 pm
    • Work Location: Remote
