About the Role

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with a variety of inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers the chance to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with a positive attitude

Requirements

• Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or equivalent
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus
