Customer Service / Sales Representative at Monmartt Kids

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customers online via various platforms.
• Answer phone calls.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
• Acknowledging and resolving customers' complaints.
• Processing orders, forms and requests.
• Keeping records of customers interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handling order fulfillment by ensuring orders are delivered on time.
• Handling third party logistic
• Ensure all purchased goods are delivered to customers in a timely fashion.
• Conduct the sale of goods / services to customers on behalf of the company.
• Maintain good customer service decorum when attending to clients in an outlet or over a communication medium.
• Provide an elaborate explanation of product features and characteristics.
• Give a demonstration of product use/efficacy to customers.
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting products which meet their requirements and fall within a set budget.
• Assist customers with the packaging and delivery of purchased products.
• Ensure the store is tidy at all times.
• Promote, present and sell the brand products to customers.

Job Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND in any relevant field with at least 1 year work experience.
