Customer Service Representative at Zee Express Procurement & Logistics

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Provide accurate and timely information on shipments, deliveries, and services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently
• Track and update customer information in our system
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, etc.) to resolve customer issues
• Meet customer service standards and targets
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience (logistics industry experience an advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Salary
N90,000 - N100,000 / Month.
