Customer Service Representative at Resource Intermediaries Limited

LOCATION: Bodija, Ibadan

WORK SCHEDULE: Mon-Sat (8:30am-6:00pm)

QUALIFICATION: HND/BSC

EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years

SALARY: 100k net plus pension and HMO

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle and resolve customers’ complaint
• Attend to customers’ enquiries
• Build good rapport and maintain relationship with clients
• Increase company’s sales target through customer retention
• Increase business conversion rate by 70%
• Handle numerous orders and process them on time
