The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing over the phone service to our guests. As the first point of contact for guests calling our restaurant, you'll provide exceptional service, answer questions, take orders, and resolve concerns.
Job Description
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally
Take accurate takeout, delivery, or reservation orders
Respond to guest inquiries about menu items
Handle guest complaints and concerns empathetically
Maintain accurate records of orders and guest interactions
Collaborate with in-house staff to ensure seamless service
Process all transactions in a timely manner
Required Skills
Minimum of SSCE/OND in a relevant field will be an added advantage.
2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry
Must be between 20 - 50 years old
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Must reside in the Lekki axis of Lagos.
Maintain excellent level of hygiene at all the time
Friendly, patient, and attentive demeanor
Basic math skills and accuracy with orders and payments
Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
