    Customer Service Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Assist customers via phone and email
    • Resolve issues and answer inquiries
    • Maintain customer satisfaction.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree / HND in any related field.
    • 1 - 3 years experience.
    • Strong commitment to continuous learning
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in various environments, including office settings and warehouse floors.
    • Competency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
