We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional service, handle inquiries, process orders, and build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction & Support: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, provide styling advice, and resolve complaints.
Sales & Order Management: Process orders, exchanges, and returns; track and follow up on customer orders.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and gather feedback.
Brand Representation & Communication: Maintain product knowledge, represent the brand positively, and assist with social media queries.
Store & Office Support: Assist with displays, administrative tasks, and sales team support (if applicable).
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in fashion or retail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complaints professionally and provide solutions.
Knowledge of fashion trends and styling is an advantage.
