We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our fashion retail store.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both online and offline customers, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to both online and offline customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, and social media channels.
Process orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner.
Resolve customer complaints and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales, and promotions.
Maintain accurate customer records and track customer interactions.
Requirements
OND or equivalent.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
