    Customer Service Representative Job Description

    We are hiring a customer service representative to manage customer queries and complaints. The customer service representative will be responsible for answering calls, providing product information, and helping the customer by being informative, empathetic, and eager to quickly solve a customer's problem. He/she must be willing to listen, learn, and resolve any customer inquiry

    Responsibilities

    • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
    • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
    • Communicating with customers through various channels.
    • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
    • in-depth knowledge of the company’s products
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
    • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
    • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

    Skills/Requirements

    • Excellent at communicating over the phone and handling phone systems
    • Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts
    • Able to concentrate on multiple problems at once
    • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
    • Ability to answer the phone, listen actively, relay information, and type basic information simultaneously
    • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
    • Knowledge of the use of CRM

    Qualifications

    • A First degree from a leading university
    • 1-2 years experience in customer support
