Electra is looking for a friendly, result-driven, and organized Customer Service Representative to manage client interactions and ensure excellent service delivery. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
1–3 years’ experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle complaints and resolve issues professionally.
Good multitasking and time management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems or customer service tools.
Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving approach.
