    Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • As a Customer Service Representative in our Furniture and Luxury Home department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding shopping experience.
    • You will be the first point of contact for our valued clientele, assisting them with product inquiries, orders, and resolving any issues they may encounter.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
    • Assist customers in selecting the perfect furniture and home decor items to meet their needs and preferences.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with our sales and design teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
    • Maintain knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
    • Uphold our company's commitment to excellence in customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess OND / HND qualifications with 2 - 4 years relevant work experience.
    • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a retail or luxury environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • A passion for home furnishings and luxury decor.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale software.
    • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
