Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Manager at Cedarcrest Hospitals, Victoria Island, Lagos.
• The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and initiatives to drive the commercial success of our business.
• This role includes coordinating and supervising Sales/Marketing activities, Business Development and channels creation, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to optimize business outcomes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Healthcare sales/marketing/business development experience (nice to have, but not compulsory)
• Experience in building effective and efficient business growth strategies
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions
• Bachelor's degrees
• Master's degree/MBA is a plus
