Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Manager at Cedarcrest Hospitals, Victoria Island, Lagos.
- The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing strategies and initiatives to drive the commercial success of our business.
- This role includes coordinating and supervising Sales/Marketing activities, Business Development and channels creation, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders to optimize business outcomes.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Healthcare sales/marketing/business development experience (nice to have, but not compulsory)
- Experience in building effective and efficient business growth strategies
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions
- Bachelor's degrees
- Master's degree/MBA is a plus
