Customer Service Representative at Chef Eros & Co

Chef Eros & Co is looking to hire an experienced and competent Customer Representative. Responsibilities include greeting of customers, taking orders, providing detailed information on menus, working with the back of house to get the order done on time, helping customers with complaints and questions and giving customers information about products and services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and sharing additional information to customers
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients or potential food allergies)
• Inform customers about the day’s specials
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Provide excellent customer service to guests

Job Requirements:

• Proven work experience
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Excellent presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
• Team spirit

Candidates must have worked as a customer service representative in the hospitality and food industry and must be living close to the location of the business.

Salary: N50,000-N60,000
