Customer Service Representative
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification BA/BSc/HND
- Experience 1 - 2 years
- Location Lagos
- City Surulere
- Job Field Customer Care, Success and Service
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and take orders
- Collection of payments and maintain dairy inventory
- Answer to client questions and enquires
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and maintain the work area is clean
- Organize, stock, and maintain store appearance
- Communicate with team members on shop performance and provide feedback for further shop improvements
Requirements
- Minimum OND from a reputable institution
- Experience: 1- 2 years experience as a customer service representative
- Candidate must be able to hold healthy conversations
- Candidate must be agile and have good welcoming skills
- Proximity to highlighted location is an added advantage.
Remuneration
Salary is attractive (N63,000 Monthly) with other benefits and bonuses
