Customer Service Representative at Ardent Universe

We are looking for a professional who is passionate about customer service. This role is for a renowned furniture company in Ikoyi. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to provide impeccable customer service support. A minimum of 4 to 5 years experience is required for this role preferably in the same industry but not compulsory. 

If you understand the very importance of approach, satisfaction and relations when it comes to dealing with customers, then we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain broad knowledge of the company’s products and services. 
• Maintain documentation of customer’s inquiries and responses for future reference.
• Listen to customer’s concerns and complaints with the goal of addressing them. 
• Select appropriate responses to customers’ queries and work to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Anticipate customers’ needs, while following up with previous customers to offer reorders. 
• Answer any questions customer may have via telephone or social media.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field from a reputable Nigerian university.
• Minimum of 5 year’s experience as customer service preferably in the same industry. 
• Demonstrated ability to provide impeccable customer service support.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationship with customers. 
• Must have good communication skills alongside emotional intelligence. 
• Maintain customer service best practices to attract and retain customers.
