    Customer Service Officer

    Responsibilties

    • Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Receive laundry items and record customer requests accurately
    • Tag and label items appropriately for identification
    • Issue receipts and keep proper records of transactions
    • Communicate special instructions (e.g., stain removal, ironing preferences) to the laundry team
    • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
    • Ensure timely notification to customers when items are ready for pickup
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

    Requirements

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to attend to customers politely and efficiently
    • Basic record-keeping or organizational skills
    • Trustworthy and responsible.
