Customer Service Officer / Telemarketer

Job Summary
- We are looking for confident, outspoken, and persuasive individuals to join our team as a Customer Service/Telemarketer.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls, promoting products and services, and converting leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships and meeting daily targets.
Responsibilities
- Call potential and existing customers
- Promote and sell products/services
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Follow up on leads and close deal
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum of OND with 1-2 years experience
- Good communication skills
- Sales/telemarketing experience is a plus
