    Customer Service Officer

    • We are a business based in Lagos currently looking to hire a Customer Service Officer with sales and marketing experience to work in our office in Ikeja. You will be required to provide excellent customer support to our clients and also help with the marketing of our product/services.

    Job Description/ Requirements

    • You will be required to work as part of a team providing high quality customer support services via telephone and e-mail;
    • Create & Manage marketing campaigns by working with our clients and suppliers;
    • Identify & utilize cost effective & efficient sales/marketing channels;
    • You will be required to generate new leads & business deals
    • You will be will be responsible for liaising with our clients and maintain a high level of customers satisfaction;
    • Your day-to-day tasks will be focused on providing excellent customer support services;
    • You should be able to respond to customers' requests promptly and in a professional manner;
    • You will be required to develop Telephone Scripts as needed;
    • You will be required to work with less supervision;
    • Your day-to-day tasks will be focused on achieving set goals & targets;

    Skills:

    • A result oriented Individual with a flexible approach to work;
    • A fast learner who is keen to grow their marketing skills;
    • An effective and confident communicator with the ability to influence situations;
    • Very good level of English Language - both written and spoken;
    • Excellent Telephone handling skills;
    • Excellent Computer Literacy & Record Keeping Skills;
    • Excellent Administrative and Organizational skills
    • Possess an excellent personal drive and self-motivational skills;
    • Strong orientation to achieving team's goals and targets set;
    • Willingness to learn and develop;
    • Team player open to share knowledge and to support your colleagues;
    • Call Centre Experience will be an advantage;
    • Professional attitude and orientation to details;
    • Knowledge of Marketing Principles & Techniques;
    • Knowledge of using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram;
    • Knowledge of CRM Applications;

    Experience

    • Minimum of 12 months professional experience;
    • Flexible work approach, self-motivated and organised;
