Job Summary

• The Customer Service Officer (CSO) will enhance customer experience by managing inquiries, complaints, and account-related requests.
• The role involves frontline engagement and coordination with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Open new accounts and guide customers through required documentation.
• Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage customer identity updates, BVN issues, and card requests.
• Promote bank products and educate customers on digital channels.
• Maintain accurate service logs and escalate unresolved issues.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in any related field.
• 1 - 3 years experience in customer-facing roles (banking experience preferred).
• Good knowledge of banking operations and services.
