    Customer Service Officer

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Monitor all international express shipments
    • Ensure the pick up of import Express Shipments
    • Reslove all issues and compliants concerned with in international shipments
    • Process monthly invoice for partners and refunds for customers

    QUALIFICATION

    • NCE\\OND in any discipline
    • Basic knowledge of Micro Soft word

    Kindly be informed that the started position is a contract role for 3 months with posible retainment, base on performance.

    40.000.00 - 45,000.00 monthly.
