- The role involves developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, leading a team of support staff, and using digital tools to deliver seamless customer experiences tailored to the needs of the agricultural and financial sectors.
Requirements
- Qualification: OND / HND / BSc in Business Administration, Agriculture, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience:1-2 years of experience in customer service.
