Responsibilities

• Good communication skills and good disposition towards customers are required attributes
• Attend with the customers over the counter
• Remain customer-oriented and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Accept and fulfil orders
• Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve them. If the problem doesn't seem to be solved, then forward the problem to the superiors.
• Respond to the problems of the customer promptly
• Take the extra mile to engage customers
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace, and complying with all safety norms while carrying out work functions.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO / OND qualification
• Must be a good communicator
• Must live around Lekki (No accommodation)
• Minimum experience: 1 year
