We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints, provide accurate information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Handle customer complaints and provide timely and appropriate solutions.
Follow up on customer issues to ensure satisfactory resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Provide information about products, services, pricing, and processes.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, Spares, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
Follow up on orders, requests, and service-related concerns.
Identify recurring customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate team.
Maintain good relationships with customers and promote customer satisfaction.
Prepare basic customer service reports when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service or a related role.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and listening skills.
Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult customers.
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience in the automotive industry will be an added advantage.
