Customer Service Associate

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure cleaning of work area allocated before opening the store
- Check shelf space, availability of stock
- Ensure products are well displayed and have updated/ correct price tag
- Check best before/expiry date and remerchandise based on FIFO
- “Clean as you go” policy is to be strictly followed strictly
- Always ensure aisles are free of baskets/trolleys/cartons to ensure ease in customers shopping
- Collecting change cash before login at cash point
- Ensure change cash is counted and recorded in petty cash register on daily basis
- Maintain the counting accuracy to control inventory
- Be proactive and show interest in your customers
