We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Interns in our Ikorodu office, Lagos.
As a Customer Service Assistant Intern, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls and messages to promote and sell our products.
This role involves explaining product benefits, features, and history to potential customers, influencing them to make a purchase, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements

0 - 1 year relevant work experience.
Must Reside in Ikorodu.
No experience needed; training will be provided.
Ability to counter customer objections.
Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
Experience with eCommerce customer service is a plus.
Independent, self-motivated, and organized.
Articulate with the ability to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone.
Coordinate with delivery agents across various states in Nigeria for timely order fulfillment.
Conduct follow-up calls to confirm successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
