    Customer Satisfaction Representative (Poultry Feed)

    Job Summary

    • The Customer Satisfaction Representative will drive sales growth, customer acquisition, and market penetration for Amo Byng poultry feed products across the Southwest region.
    • The role involves managing distributor and farmer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive sales of poultry feed products within the assigned territory.
    • Identify and develop new customers, distributors, and dealers.
    • Maintain strong relationships with poultry farmers and key accounts.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
    • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
    • Ensure timely order processing and payment collection.
    • Conduct farm visits, product demonstrations, and customer engagement activities.
    • Prepare sales reports and market intelligence updates.
    • Represent the company professionally during trade events and customer meetings.

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND in Animal Science, Agricultural Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 2–4 years of experience in feed sales, agro-allied sales, or FMCG sales.
    • Strong knowledge of poultry farming and feed products.
    • Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
    • Target-driven and self-motivated.
    • Ability to travel extensively within the Southwest region.
    • A valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
