    Customer Relations Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries and provide support via telephone.
    • Coordinate contract management processes and monitor compliance.
    • Experience in front desk or customer service roles.
    • Understanding of customer service principles and telephone etiquette
    • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
    • Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction and complaints.
    • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
    • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.
    • Act as a liaison between the customer and other departments.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
