Role: Customer Representatives Officer

Job Description:
- Meet Personal/Customer service team Sales Target
- Provide accurate and Valid information by using the right methods/tools
- Identify and access customer needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow communication proceedures, guidelines and policies
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- BSC/ HND In mass-communication or any related field
- Proven customer support and experience as a Client service Representative (1-2yrs)
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of Characters
