Role: Customer Representatives Officer 

Job Description:

• Meet Personal/Customer service team Sales Target
• Provide accurate and Valid information by using the right methods/tools
• Identify and access customer needs to achieve satisfaction
• Follow communication proceedures, guidelines and policies 

Requirements:

• Excellent Communication Skills
• BSC/ HND In mass-communication or any related field 
• Proven customer support and experience as a Client service Representative (1-2yrs)
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices 
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of Characters
