Customer Operations Manager at OmniRetail Technology

• We are seeking a results-driven Customer Operations Manager to drive active retailer growth across our Micro Fulfilment Centre (MFC) network, improve field sales productivity, and strengthen retailer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive retailer acquisition, activation, retention, and repeat orders.
• Monitor and improve Partner Sales Executive (PSE) productivity and performance.
• Ensure every active MFC has at least three active PSEs.
• Track growth targets, analyse performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with MFC partners to achieve customer growth and sales targets.
• Maintain performance dashboards and provide regular management reports.

Requirements

• Experience in field sales, customer operations, distribution, or retail network management.
• Proven experience managing field sales teams and driving customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and Excel skills.
• Excellent team management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel across MFC locations.
