Customer Managhement Lead at ISCHUS

Our client, a farm located in Abeokuta, Ogun state is seeking to engage a customer management lead. The customer management lead will be responsible for managing the end to end interface between our client and the off takers of their produce.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Key Accounts Management
• Receive and process orders from clients
• Invoicing for produce received
• Tracking receivables
• Contract management
• Resolving customers’ issues
• Sourcing feedback on produce for improvement opportunities

The ideal candidate must have a first degree in a relevant discipline, and up to 4 years experience in a sales or customer services role: 

• Experience in FMCG, banking, financial services industries will be appreciated.
