Customer Care Service at Bookteller Nigeria

Core Responsibilities:

• Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process.
• Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
• Sorting out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations.
• Providing support to customers who may need to amend or cancel a reservation.
• Confirming room availability and guest arrival at the hotel

Requirements:

• Diploma or Higher
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Only female candidates should apply
• Must live between Ajah and Lekki Phase 1
• A certificate or diploma in hospitality is advantageous.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Social media management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Conflict resolution experience.
• Patience and good listening skills.
• Experience working in sales or public relations, preferably in the hospitality or travel industries.
