As the Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for attending to patients and clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience.
You will handle bookings, maintain electronic records, and support efficient service delivery across all customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and clients, providing accurate information on diagnostic services
Manage appointment scheduling, registration, and follow-ups using digital systems
Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Maintain accurate electronic records and support daily administrative reporting
Requirements
HND / B.Sc. in Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
1–2 years’ customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
Strong computer literacy — proficient in Microsoft Office and patient management software
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
