    Customer Care Officer - Social Digital Channel

    Job Description

    • Respond to customers on Social media platform
    • Responsible for daily update on Social media channels
    • Follow-up on social media channel complaints and phone calls
    • Respond to customer inquiries.
    • Develop policies and procedures to increase users
    • Focus on customer satisfaction
    • Train staff
    • Develop goals and report progress
    • Continue to learn.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
