    Customer Acquisition Specialist

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven Customer Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in channel sales and strategic customer engagement.
    • The ideal candidate will excel at identifying, acquiring, and nurturing client relationships while leveraging partner networks and sales channels to drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities across multiple sales channels.
    • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients through both direct outreach and channel partner collaboration.
    • Execute strategic initiatives to increase customer acquisition and market penetration through channel partnerships.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to maximize lead generation and deal flow.
    • Recruit, onboard, and activate new clients while ensuring a seamless customer journey.
    • Conduct presentations at promotional events, such as tradeshows and marketing campaigns, to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
    • Coordinate with marketing teams to create campaigns and materials that support customer acquisition through various channels.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information across multiple CRM and sales systems.
    • Respond to client inquiries in a professional, timely, and accurate manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor and analyze customer acquisition metrics and channel performance to inform strategic decisions.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all client and partner transactions.
    • Reactivate dormant client accounts and maintain engagement with existing customers to maximize lifetime value.
    • Continuously analyze market trends, competitor activity, and channel performance to refine acquisition strategies.
    • Educate clients and partners on company products and complementary services to drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
    • Communicate product updates and enhancements to clients and sales channels.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize customer acquisition and channel sales efficiency.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree
    • 1 - 3 years work experience.
