With a comprehensive range of instructional expertise and experience in developing schools curriculum especially the Cambridge curriculum, well-equipped to assess student needs, design effective learning strategies, and promote academic growth

Responsibilities

Curriculum development

• Comprehensive curriculum development with the ability to design, plan, and execute educational programs from inception to completion with minimal supervision
• Curriculum Implementation
• Independently developing and implementing curricula, demonstrating self-motivation and autonomy in driving educational initiatives from concept to delivery

Assessment and Evaluation

• Develop and implement assessments to measure student learning and progress.
• Analyze student performance data to inform curriculum development and instructional strategies.

Collaboration and Communication

• Work closely with teachers, department heads, and senior leadership to ensure curriculum alignment and coherence.
• Communicate curriculum changes and updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Master's degree or higher preferred.
• Over 5 years of experience working and developing schools curriculum especially schools operating with Cambridge curriculum
• Experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum and CAIE standards is essential.
• Experience working with A level Executives in a school is essential
