Crop Farm Attendant at Swift Consulting

LOCATION :Ohaji, Egbema,  Imo state

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in agriculture or a related field is preferred but not required.
• OND Degree holders are advised to apply. 
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and bending.
• Basic understanding of crop farming practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planting, watering, and cultivating crops as per seasonal requirements
• Monitoring crop health and identifying signs of pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Assisting with fertilization and pest control applications under supervision.
• Harvesting, sorting, and packaging produce for sale or distribution
• Maintaining irrigation systems and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Keeping records of daily tasks, including crop growth, maintenance activities, and harvest yields.
• Assisting in general farm maintenance, such as weeding, pruning, and cleaning.
