Job Description

• The ideal candidate willbe responsible for supporting our number management and KYC operations, the engineer in this role, will support the end-to-end number management, in the GSM, Enterprise, FTTH, Airtel Money, and other customer domains. Services managed, will include, but not limited to KYC, MNP, DSA, and SIMSWAP.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Monitor the smooth operation of MNP, KYC and ensure the field does not run out of numbers
• Administer the required applications to ensure optimal availability and service efficiency
• Support KYC operations.
• Support system upgrades and rollout
• Support the field daily by resolving all open and operational issues
• Ensure full system availability.
• Investigate reasons for service faults
• Assist with change management, ensuring minimal impact on subscribers, and end users during patch implementation, upgrades and bug fixes.

Qualification, Experience and Skills

• First Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
• Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience.
• Scripting in SQL,
• Perl,
• Python and Shell.

Salary
N350,000 - N450,000 / month.
