Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Creative Graphic Designer based in Lagos, Nigeria. The Creative Graphic Designer will be responsible

• Develop creative concepts and translate them into visually appealing designs for both digital and print media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding across all projects and platforms.
• Adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity.
• Produce high-quality graphics for various purposes, including marketing materials, social media content and presentations.
• Have a strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition principles to create visually appealing and readable designs.
• Experiment with different layouts and formats to enhance design creativity.
• Collaborate with marketing professionals, writers, and other team members to brainstorm and bring creative ideas to fruition.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs based on input from stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Stay current with advancements in design tools and technology.
