The Creative Content Associate is responsible for creating, designing, and publishing content that reflects the company brand across digital platforms.
This role combines content writing, graphic design, and motion design to support real estate marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design promotional materials including flyers, banners, social media posts.
Write compelling real estate copy for ads, captions, blog posts, and newsletters.
Produce short motion graphics or animations for Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook.
Collaborate with the marketing head and videographer to align messaging.
Maintain visual consistency across all brand platforms.
Prepare and schedule content calendars for digital campaigns.
Requirements
Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing/brand design/content roles.
Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or motion tools.
Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
Experience in real estate or related industry is a plus.
