Job Summary

• The Creative Content Associate is responsible for creating, designing, and publishing content that reflects the company brand across digital platforms.
• This role combines content writing, graphic design, and motion design to support real estate marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design promotional materials including flyers, banners, social media posts.
• Write compelling real estate copy for ads, captions, blog posts, and newsletters.
• Produce short motion graphics or animations for Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook.
• Collaborate with the marketing head and videographer to align messaging.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand platforms.
• Prepare and schedule content calendars for digital campaigns.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing/brand design/content roles.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or motion tools.
• Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience in real estate or related industry is a plus.
• Attention to detail, speed, and creativity.
