Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:

• Define our creative vision
• Raise creative standards across every department
• Review and approve creative work before client delivery
• Provide constructive, actionable feedback that improves output
• Lead brainstorming and ideation sessions
• Ensure every project reflects our premium brand positioning

Strategy:

• Develop marketing and communication strategies for clients
• Build campaign concepts rooted in business objectives
• Translate client challenges into creative opportunities
• Lead strategic planning sessions
• Present ideas confidently to clients and stakeholders

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire designers, videographers, social media managers, copywriters, and strategists
• Build a culture of excellence and accountability
• Conduct weekly creative reviews
• Identify training and development opportunities
• Business Development.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years in Creative Direction, Brand Strategy, Advertising, Marketing. Media, Agency Leadership, Agency experience is highly preferred.
