Country Manager at IQVIA

JOB DESCRIPTION

Essential Functions

• Owns P&L and financial target responsibility for the segment.
• Typically responsible for all functions within the segment, including data, production, sales, client service, consulting, marketing, finance, legal, and HR.
• Develops and executes the short and long term operating plans and strategies for the segment and ensures consistency with corporate and regional objectives
• Generates new business by facilitating meetings/presentations and overseeing client proposals
• Responsible for overall satisfaction of clients
• Creates and maintains a positive working relationship with suppliers and key sources of information.
• Communicates business strategy, major developments and new initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree  Req
• Other Graduate degree or equivalent
• Five (5) to eight (8) years of experience Req
• Previous experience at the senior management level Req
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry
• Proven track record in delivering against targets.
• Excellent management, analytical, interpersonal, organizational and operational skills.
• Presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven influencing skills at the senior management level.
• Strong commercial marketing, general management and financial skills required.
